Shipping & Freight
Lifts are heavy freight, not parcels. We quote the surcharge on the product page before you order, crate the machine properly and book an insured carrier — so the number you see is the number you pay.

How it works
From the warehouse to your bay
Most of what goes wrong with freight goes wrong at the two ends — an address a 53-foot trailer cannot reach, or a crate signed for without being looked at. Both are easy to avoid.
- 01
Order & confirm
We confirm the model, the options you picked and the freight surcharge for your address before anything ships.
- 02
Crated & booked
The lift is crated or banded to a pallet and booked with a freight carrier. Smaller items go by parcel.
- 03
Carrier calls ahead
Freight carriers phone to arrange a delivery window. Give us the best number at checkout so nothing waits on a depot floor.
- 04
Inspect, then sign
Check the crate against the packing list before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it the same day.
Transit times by region
Typical freight transit once the carrier collects your order.
| Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico | 1–3 days |
| Southeast & Midwest | 2–4 days |
| Mountain West, West Coast, Northeast | 4–7 days |
| Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico | By quote (port leg involved) |
Estimates only — freight transit varies with weather, carrier schedules and whether an item ships direct from the manufacturer. We confirm the lead time on your specific order before taking payment.
What the freight charge covers
- Crating or palletising to the manufacturer’s shipping spec
- Freight booking with an insured carrier
- The surcharge quoted on the product page before you order — no post-sale surprise
- Carrier call-ahead to arrange a delivery window
- Tracking details by text / email
- Help filing a freight claim if the shipment arrives damaged
Receiving your order
Plan the unload before it ships
A two-post lift arrives as columns, carriages, arms and a power unit on a pallet — frequently over a thousand pounds. Work out how it comes off the truck before you order, not when the driver is waiting on your drive.
If you have a loading dock or a forklift, standard freight is fine. If you do not, order a liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to ground level. Narrow lanes, gravel drives, low branches and tight turns are all worth mentioning up front, because a truck that cannot reach you becomes a redelivery charge.
Check the shipment against the packing list before signing, and note anything missing or damaged on the receipt. Tell us the same day and we will help you file the claim.
